Philly comcast gone digital

Need of help here I have a slingbox classic with analog turner hooked up In Cherry Hill NJ.
they started to go digital and channel 34 philly comcast has gone digital.
1. Will that channel be avaible on if I had a qam turner.
2. Does these converter boxes have rca output or only coax.
Mine in Fl only has coax out

anybody know if the philly comcast channel 34 is on a clear qam channel.
or
Can I buy a DTA outright and not pay the 2 dollars a month
please let me know thanks

First 2 DTA's are free out here. Not true in Jersey?
