Can you get ahold of Comcast on the weekends?

Not here. In Lower Delaware, if something happens after 5 on friday, you're screwed until Monday.
modem went out, no tech support.
You go through the prompts and you get the same thing every time:
"please hold while we connect your call" click click
"Please hold while we connect your call" click click
"i'm sorry, due to high call volume we cannot connect your call at this time, please call again later." (Hmm, at midnight they have high call volumes?, bull.)
this is not an isolated situation here, every weekend it's the same, whether you want to upgrade or troubleshoot or anything. call center closed.

In N. California, you can get 'em 24/7. Must be regional.

I thought that on nights and weekends all support went to Denver call center??? You may be able to reach them by calling the general 800 #????

My area did not have 24/7 until late last year. If it was after 9pm weekdays, 2pm Sat and NOTHING on Sunday, you could not get anyone other than an answering service. They recently started routing after-hours calls to another center (Fort Myers the last time I called).
