Oxygen signed a new carriage agreement with Comcast-the nation's biggest cable operator-that will put the women-oriented channel in additional homes, the network said Tuesday. Comcast will added Oxygen to its systems in Baltimore, Tucson, Ariz., and Las Cruces, N.M. Oxygen is now in 55 million homes. It declined to say how many more homes those additional markets would represent.
