I have a Ipaq HX2495 and I am trying to get it to sync on my laptop running Vista. I downloaded and installed Windows Mobile Device Center and updated the rom on the ipaq. I still can't get it to sync. The ipaq will connect but it keeps saying it need active sync 4.0 or higher. Anyone else having the same problem?
