Firefox & Norton 360
ADVERTS 1
OK, I went with Norton 360 v3 on my W7 64 PC, despite experience and because some reviews say it's better.
However, I am having the same problem with FF as before, which I can pretty safely attribute to 360. I like to keep a couple dozen tabs open. I always pick "save and quit" when leaving FF. But it seems this information is removed by 360 & I cannot override it. I've fiddled with the settings, but have had no luck.
Anyone know how to get 360 to leave FF alone so I can have my saved tabs restored each time I restart FF?

Forgot to add, it's making me log in to every site, also. SatGuys, Amazon, etc.

Ok, found some outdated but usable info on the web. Seems 360 is changing a setting in FF to checkmark "clear history when FF closes" when it is installed. I unchecked that, of course. I also started up Identity Safe, which may have fixed the endless requirement to log in every site.
So far, so good. Hope this is of use to others.Reunite Pangaea!
