Anybody got any good suggestions on it's removal? An out of town relative with limited computer skills asked for my help. After reading up on it, I gave him 3 options, preceded by a data only backup:

1. Reformat, reinstall OS & programs from original disks.
2. Replace the HDD, reinstall etc.
3. Walk in to a small computer shop (not BB Geek Squad) where they do their work on site and pay for the removal.

Better ideas?
