Is TVFool down?

I have tried two different computers on two different ISP's and I cannot get the
www.TVFool.com
website to load.
Is anyone else having troubles with it?

The FCC web site does not have NM data. You can figure NM by comparing the FCC receive strength to -91 dbm, the approximate point that the NM=0.

FCC maps appear to, for the most part, ignore terrain.
