Is TVFool down?

I have tried two different computers on two different ISP's and I cannot get the
www.TVFool.com
website to load.
Is anyone else having troubles with it?

Seems to be the case. Cannot connect to their server, 3:28pm.

FCC maps appear to, for the most part, ignore terrain.
