04CC here as well on my hr 24/200 hd dvr receiver and still cant get it to download on my hr 24/200 hd receiver still comes up when i i try and download new software.im wondering why this is happening? the software version on my hd version is 0X4A7 from 6/17/11 at 1041 pm cant get the newer versions from the last 2 versions on my hr 24/200 hd receiver.wonder if teh receiver is bad...hmmm

Proud Staff MemberI was never able to dl a CE with my H20-600's, tried & tried and finally gave up...

Having 2 hang problems with 04CC: 1) During delete of a recording program, the HR21-200 became unresponsive. Had to reset. 2) During a smart search, the box again became unresponsive. Had to reset again. This time, I'm going back to the national release.

Thats what Testing is all about .... keep an eye on it and see if the problem is cleard up or not when you get back to the NR ...
