This is the list I got today. Reads as follows:

The following is the latest list of national HD channels launching over the next few month. Most of these channels will be simulcast on the existing SD channel number and the MPEG-4 HD recievers properly connected to a KAKU dish will automatically (default) tune to the HD feed on the channel. Note regional sports networks (RSNs) may not be available to all customers nation wide.

MASN is not an HD channel. Neither they nor the KC Royals broadcasts are HD. All other MLB has at least some HD.
