I was told Odyssey launch platform has left Long Beach recently... Sea Launch Commander ship will depart tomorrow... The launch will be on November 13th...

No need to continue the speculation regarding the planned launch date of Thuraya-3, here is the official SeaLaunch press release - dated TODAY. and yes, it is indeed November 13th, 7:57am PST.
