I guess that masked stranger was just a fly by night kinda thing. This would be a great resource if it was updated, but that doesn't appear to be happening.

I too would be most interested in this info on 103(b) as I'm puzzled by indications of signal strength thru a HR21 that are in the '0 to 30 to 60' but still receive all channels. I don't get it. I guess I'll leave well enough alone until I start losing programming. Anyone experience something like this? All other sat are 80-90...just 103(b) and no lost programming. I guess it could be worse but still doesn't sit right with me.
