No gift certificate

We were supposed to get a 50 dollar gift certificate from DTV after paying for four months worth of TV and it has been nearly six months.
What is going on here? Who is realiable that I can contact?

was it a rebate for a gift card or something? if you sent one in did you call the number on the form? not really sure where to steer you.

It was a rebate yes. We called them at least a month ago and still haven't recieved anything yet.
What is there e-mail address?

LOL, if it is Web-Rebates.com, good luck. They have a incredible reputation for not fulfilling the rebate. Appears their contract is such that when they get a submission, they place a claim against the company offering the rebate. So Web-Rebates has the money. They fail to send out the rebates to a large percentage of the customers, thus keeping the funds. You have to complain a lot to get them to cough it up. I had two that went through them, Ended up contacting the Attorney General and the BBB in the area they are located (I have forgotten where).

There is also the probability that its falling under the "6 to 10 weeks" standard shipping plan.
