Stuttering audio on Mpeg4 channels

Hey all,
My apartment was just upgraded to get the Mpeg4 channels this week. Last night I noticed stuttering audio on one of the local stations, and I just put it down to issues I know they're having with their audio equipment. But tonight, I'm having the exact same issue on SportSouth 631-1. It was not happening for about the first hour of the Braves game but it's happening now. It is NOT happening on any other Mpeg4 channel I've flipped past to check so far, but since I had the same issue on another channel last night I can't imagine it's an isolated issue. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

I am getting the same issue on Sports South now as well for the Braves and Fish game. It is the station, not Direct. None of the other stations, even the other I games are currently having this issue.

IIIIII ooonnnnlllyyy get the stttttududderrrrinngg on my ABC sttttaatttiiiooonn . It is the same on DISH on this same Abc station out of Houston. Worse on DIRECTV though.
