hmmm, mine screen was grey when I got home, so I RBR without thinking on both of mine. I assume it was in the middle of updating the software....However it came back up with no problems. All channels seem fine. What is the process of forcing the download? I forget

Side note, all of my to do lists were fine on both HR-20s

reset and when the 1st screen pops up press 0,2,4,6,8

My HR22's to do lists are empty. Got 1 back after reset.

After rebooting you can now DL pay movies from your List. Under tab, "Top Movies."

Mine just finished downloading and there was a message saying the top movies has movies on demand in the todo list, I checked and there are movies to buy in the todo list on the top movies side.

Those movies are already downloaded to your harddrive and ready to view as soon as you start them and it's been there for awhile now.
