    Check your Setting under Native, try the opposite and see if it helps.

    Leaving your setup in Native mode can add a few seconds to channel changes; try looking in your setup Menu>Setup>Setup>HDTV>Video
    & turn Native off. If that doesn't work it's time to use more of that protection plan.

    Try removing the WB68 switch from the system as a test. Connect the receiver directly to the dish.

    The OP already said they got the tuner back while talking to tech support.

    No need to remove the WB68.
