Shopsafe will allow multiple uses on the same number, but you set the date of expiration, and the limit, so there can be no additional charges past the date or limit. I've used it for years, especially when i buy stuff overseas (Russia). I have never had a problem.

It allows me to specify how much can be charged and when it expires. Using this for a D* bill for $100, I just make a new number with a 100 limit and expiring in 30 days and pay my bill. If BA were to extend over 100 limit, they are going to have a hard time making me pay them. |
