    Lost menu item in DVR

    HR20-700 rebooted this morning. When I checked the menu, the photos, music, etc option was gone. It was there on Friday but that was the first time that I had noticed it. What happened to it?

    it sounds like your DVR has become unconnected from the network, can you verify network connection with it?

    The DVR says it connected to the network, so don't know what the problem is yet.

    A side note. My HR23 and HR20 both show 'Not connected (22)' to the internet, yet I am able to use on demand. The network connection is good.
