    HD GUI DVR Issue/Problem?

    ADVERTS 1
My 2+ year old HR22-100 took the HD GUI update just fine and had been working great.

But found out this evening that I can't record and watch another channel at the same time, or record two shows at the same time.

System check shows that both tuners have a 90+ signal on both, anyone else heard of this issue?

Kinda po'd , will wait till later on to call DirecTV.....

I'd try a restart of the DVR and then go to your online account and have it reauthroized.

BTW, what dish/LNB combination do you have?
    HR23-700, HR24-500/AM21, Samsung UN46C6500

SL5 Regular LNB, slimeline Dish, no multi-switch. 2 of 4 wires from LNB to groundblock to HD DVR. Could I have a bad BBC module? How do I test them? My H23-600 doesn't have one for me to swap out and trouble-shoot

try to record 2 SD channels. You wouldnt need the BBC's for SD channels.
