DirecTV has already had ABC HD in place for those O&O cities dish is providing it to as well as those with Distants. So if you have ABCHD now you'll get it but, if you don't now you wont

I thought I remember D* turning on the CBS(?) feed nationally last year for the Super Bowl... any word if ABC will do this also, for those people that do not get locals

It just might be a coincidence, but when I called up a search of NFL Football, the ABC HD National channel came up. I don’t remember that happening before. AI heard last year that some people got the HD feed and that it shut down right after the game.

well that would be welcomed supprise if they would turn it on for the super bowl.
