Well, at least you get the benefit of the 3D while getting the headache.

The 3-D glasses with hard plastic frames will give better results. I have some 3-D clip-on's, since the paper 3-D glasses do not work well with prescription glasses. Here is a site where hard plastic 3-D glasses can be ordered:
