Thread: Problem with HR 20

I have an HR20 700 and it freezes time to time, I call today and they are going to send me a replacement, will they send me the HR 20 or the HR 21?

Good question HD. I'm waiting on a replacement myself for the very same reasons. Freezing, play a title from the playlist and there is nothing there...just alot of quirkie stuff. But I'll say this, a "replacement" unit is supposed to be just that...a replacement of the same unit. Anything else I wont accept. Now if the HR21 supported OTA, that would be another story.

Well I just got my replacement and it was a HR-20 but this time it has an Coaxial audio output which makes me even more happy since I can put the Optical towards my Sony Blu Ray player. I was surprised at this is this a newer model?

Mine has a digital optical output, but not a coaxial one. Is yours an HR20-100 or HR20-700? Mine is the -700 model.

Mine now has the option for both so maybe it is the 100 i will check
