726 is RID identification problem... im checking a few more things.. i will EDIT later.

Pull your card out... put it back in and see if it fixes it. If not call Directv and tell them your problem and im hoping they will be able to just resend authorization and fix your problem.
Your card is not matching or cant find the RID (reciever identification number) so maybe pull it out and place it back in a few times and see if it fix the problem. if not you could have a bad reciever.

its RID info to the card is invalid so it needs a bump so it can read the RID and match the card.______________________________

722 Auths expired
726 invalid access card
727 Black out
