HD-DVR - HR21-100 On Demand **PROBLEMS**

Guys my On Demand doesn't work anymore?!! I had scheduled to record the new WWII in HD from the History channel.. but when I select the title, add to queue, it confirms the add, but doesn't do anything else.. no error messages, nothing.. just says my queue list is empty.. what's going on? I'm running latest software from DirecTV not CE....
