    B Band Converter question

    ADVERTS 1
Question for all you techies out there. First some history. I have a SWM (no converter needed) dish mounted on a tripod which I use with my motorhome. I am now in the process of installing a SK-3005 auto dish on the roof which does need the converters. My question is can I use the converters with the SWM on the tripod which doesn't need them. Reason for asking is so I won't have to get behind receiver to disconnect cables with converters and reinstall cables without converters when switching the dish. Whew
    Thanks

No, you must remove the BBCs when using a SWM. Perhaps you can relocate the BBCs to a more-accessible location.
