New Menu - Screen Freezes

The new menu downloaded about 2-3 weeks ago. Since then I've noticed that, on occasion, I will press the Select Button and nothing happens for up to 30-45 seconds. Not all the time, but sometimes. And it is not only from the Guide. I have had it happen from the ACTIVE screen trying to select a city for weather and other screens too.
Is this something that a lot of folks are experiencing? Or is it something I need to take up with DirecTV tech support?Retired. Fulltime RV'er. Home is wherever we are parked.

The Active button can be a bit flaky, I would keep an eye on the other situation first...
Have you tried rebooting the recvr yet ?Let the Urban Era Begin !!!
