    Hr22-100 blue light brightness?

    ADVERTS 1
Sorry if this is a repeat question. I want to dim (or turn off) the blue ring on my receiver. I thought I read online to push the left and right arrows at the same time to adjust it but it is not working. Is the process different on the HR22-100? Am I doing it wrong?

It should be the same. Just make sure you aren't tuned to an interactive channel.
I find that if I hold the left button and then press the right one works best.

    thanks for the reply.

It worked fine on my bedroom receiver, just the living room giving me an issue. the interactive is also not working on that receiver so i think i need to a do a reset. it seems the interactive is not working most of the time on this receiver and requires semi-frequent resets to get it working again.
