New SD test channel on the almost vacant QPSK TP 17 at 110W.
Lots of international adds/moves to 118.7. Looks like they are preparing for a 118.7 international campaign. Makes perfect sense to get rid of all the international mirrors scattered around wasting bandwidth. All Dish customers should have LOS to 118.7 since the core programming is on 119.

WHMM added to the New Orleans, LA SD locals spotbeam on 110W.
