Thread: Fox Business Channel!

ADVERTS
I personally can only take Fox News in small doses (I watch for the Girls Gone Wild stuff and TMZ-esque reporting.) As an entertainment channel it has its high points. However, when they start comparing George Bush to Abraham Lincoln, I usually just snicker and turn the channel.I of course am of the opinion that both Fox News and FBN are fair and balanced with their news. They are not slanted at all.

Enough of the Fox News porn comparison.... that is like saying watching a breast cancer special on Veria is porn. People aren't sitting home jerking off to Dominica Davis the way you play it up to be. We all know there are some good looking girls on Fox News and FBN (especially Greta, although I liked her better before she had her mouth realigned from that cigar mouth to what it is now).

I don't jerk off to the ditsy plasticized anchors. I save that for the racy content, as Fox is the #1 cable news network for smut. Good smut. Oh I love me some smut!
....ok...I am getting turned on.....off to 205 I go with the left hand and with the right....er.....well.....

I am listening to the Dave Ramsey show now. He had an emailer say he just got E* and noticed that FBN was not on. So he called a CSR and they said they get 30-40 calls a day about getting this channel on E* just for his show. The CSR says they are working hard to get it and it is getting closer to happening.

- 02-26-2008 06:12 PM #156SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, THERE REALLY IS A DIFFERENCE AND IT ISN'T HARD TO FIGURE OUT!!!
>Loose=not tight, as in: Babette's garter is really loose and she may lose it.
>Lose=don't have it anymore, as in: Babette will lose her garter because it is really loose.
>Could care less=you can actually care less even more than what you do now.
>Couldn't care less=there is absolutely no more caring that can be cared about.

With that nasty little law suit Dish still has to settle with News Corp still going. . .don't expect this any time soon. As it is, News Corp thinks dish is screwing them by putting the Fox News Channel in the AT200 rather than the AT100. They are not going to give Dish any more channels which they could do the same thing. . .

MSNBC used to be okay, then 5 years ago they went hard left, and now I just take a quick look occasionally to see if they're kow-towing on Mao's grave yet.
CNBC was a great business channel, but--two years ago they started slanting left, and they're still doing it. From daily watching I'm down to looking in every 2 or 3 weeks.
So I'm down to Bloomberg, and what does Bloomberg himself do? He becomes an independent, switching from Republican. I wonder if George Soros, foreign born liberal/radical/leftist who wants to be the power behind the throne, has bought part (or already owned part) of Bloomberg TV? Next thing I know, I'll be down to reading the Wall Street Journal in the crapper...
Yeah, FBN HD would be great. I'd rather see Mary Carey (or Casey, as the case may be) than be watching Obama's mama...
Have a good one.

Wow, I cannot believe Dish still doesn't have FBN. I had it day one with BHN in standard def and have since ditched Dish Network and subscribed to DirecTV. So as we speak I am watching Fox Business Network in HD on DirecTV. It looks so sexy with the side bar and wide screen in HD. I can't wait for Fox News in HD to come to DirecTV. They say another 50 or so channels are coming to DirecTV in the fall, including Fox News HD, when the new sat is operational.
