    Thanks, You're right. I meant E11, not E13

I think that confusion stems from the fact that E12 is already up there, since it's the renamed Rainbow I. Which was renamed after E11 was already in process. So the next Echostar sats will be E11 at 110W followed by E13 for China.

So does that mean your position is that D* will provide BBC HD before DN (If it's provided al all)?

No, I (and others) was just correcting your assertion that there is only one E* sat scheduled for launch this year.

Nice attempt at straw man though...

Since you are into splitting straws it should be pointed out that Ciel 2 and AMC 14 are not E* satellites. They are being launched for, and owned by Ciel Satellite and SES-Americom respectively. Your assertion above infers more than one E* sat is scheduled for launch this year.

DN's position is a bit precareous with the HD expansion issues. With the 129 issue, it's replacement better launch successfully, be near operationally perfect, and positioned by early CY2009. For 129, it's not just an HD expansion issue.

    ...
Considering that E* is leasing all of AMC-14, and at least half of Ciel-2, I'm willing to consider them as being E* satellites.
