ota antenna won't work with dish vip722

I'm having a hard time to get the ota antenna to work with the vip 722. I got the antenna working before with the 722. Also, when I plug in the antenna directly into my tv, the antenna works fine.

What input are you connecting the ota antenna to? What signal strenghth are you getting when you scan the channels in?

I am connecting it to the antenna input. I am not getting any signal strength.

Did you scan or try to add manually?

are you sure you are set to OTA not cable?

This, and make sure you are not connecting to remote antenna jack.
