ADVERTS 1
At least they have Monsterhd. Pretty lame though that E* did this. They gave away the only advantage they had. I feel bad for the people that watched and liked the other Voom channels. Only E* could pull a shimsham like this and pretty much lie about it. If they mess around with the remaining Voom channels I will be gone.

Tonight was the first I realized what they have done. It has always ticked me off that there is nothing to watch on all channels after 1 AM and I have everything. Some of the missing Voom channels were about the only decent stuff on in the wee hours but now gone. The new "improvements" are a big net loss to me.
I just wrote an angry email to E*. I'm considering dropping my plan down or maybe going back to Directv.

With the addition of these new 22 channels and the loss of Voom we have actually lost more HD than gained. With the exception of a few of these new channels most show only a few hours of hd a week. I think this was a major mistake by E*. What should have been a great thing turned into a PR nightmare. I would imagine that E* will field a lot of compaints. To make matters worse they lied about the whole situation.

Bring on Eastern Arc. I think this is the answer for the two missing transponders at 61.5. We will hear more Friday.

Why are you so surprised? Do the math. Something had to go if Dish was going to make any kind of a splash for Team Summit. It just stinks the way they did it but is that really that unusual? Their concern is only: "Dish Adds 22 New HD Channels", "Dish Remains The HD Leader".
Not that some subs lost some of their favorite channels WITHOUT any warning.
