ESPN U on 200 Package?

I received an e-mail from dish yesterday and in the e-mail it states that ESPN U is on the 200 package. I was wondering if this was a typo or if it was giving us a preview of things to come? I copied and pasted the section of the email below:

A 24-hour college sports network including a variety of top football, mens and womens basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, lacrosse, ice hockey, wrestling and more.
Available in America's Top 200
I did notice that if you click the link in the e-mail it takes you to the America's 250 page.

Yeah, I saw that, I was just thinking (hoping) that since it was in the e-mail, it was going to be moved to the 200 package.

I would guess its a mistake... seeing as the link took you to 250.
