They added Lifetime-HD and Lifetime Movie Channel-HD last week. Put that together with Bravo-HD and you are all set.

I agree, just caught a few minutes of North Korea v. Nigeria, very washed out HD PQ, a lot of motion artifacts but masked to some degree by the wash-out

Nothin' (if you've got an HD pack and an MPEG4 receiver. I'm not even sure if the HD pack is necessary since they are showing in preview mode)

I wonder how much NBCU is charging carriers for a part time network only on for 2 weeks?

The NBCU-Soccer and NBCU-Basketball channels are available to carriers who carry the Universal-HD suite. D*, E*, and Charter made agreements back in the Winter to carry HD channels. NBCU was pressing for 2012 games as well. It is unknown whether agreement was made through 2012. NBCU and E* entered into long term agreement which gave us USA-HD and SCI-FI-HD channels. Bravo-HD was promised to be picked up by E* when they had capacity. NBCU and E* into another agreement to provide "ad triggers" at this years Olympic games. NBCU and E* have a strong relationship together.

Bravo will not carry any Olympic coverage.

So, any of you with the 722, have you gotten any of the "pre-Olympic" highlights in HD? Dish's release says it should be through "Tv Entertainment". Please post if you get any of the VOD in HD.
