Smithsonian Channel

I am a new member of the forum and, in fact, I am brand new to posting in forums. Thus, I hope I am doing this correctly.
Does anyone know why Dish Network suspended the Smithsonian Channel?
If I am posting this question in the wrong forum or sub-forum, I am sorry. In which case, please tell me where I should be posting it. Thanks.

Contract
It had something to do with contract agreement as best as I can remember. It has been said that they will be back after agreement is done and they add new channels. So we will see.

Eurosport would be nice to have even on SD... They will have best coverage during Olympics.

TCM HD

The channels listed in these links are so out of date that they are useless and even deceiving to new membners.
