My 3 Dish Problems

On my 612 and 622 DVRs there are audio drops on playback. You can go over the same spot and it won't be there the next time. It is mostly on the 622. The second thing is that I have to keep turning off my 612 and disconnecting the power because it doesn't see the external HD. Doing that makes it see it again but I ahve to do it a couple of times a week. Also, under Broadband Setup, even though its attached to the internet, my 612 doesn't show the ability to set the receiver up for the online programming and assign it a name.

1. The audio drop is a long known 622/722 bug that has yet to be fully resolved.

2. What kind of EHD are you using? Seagates and some Maxtors will go into sleep mode that the DVRs can't get it to come out of. Instead of rebooting receiver, re-power the HD.

3. On-line programming has yet to be implemented.
