dammit my HDMI went out on my 211

I own it and its no doubt not under warranty. its hard b/c I have HDMI run 50 feet to my new LCD and component used for older HDTV that doesnt have hdmi. I use UHF extender so i can take remote back and fourth.
well my cables are not bad they work when i tried a DVD player to the tv.
the port on the 211 it looks like it doesnt even go in all the way and it doesnt look right, it pops out easily as well.

I have an HDMI 1.3 cable for the 211 and I tried a regular HDMI cable that I got with a DVD player and that worked, is 1.3 not working for the 211? Did a software upgrade do something? I can't even reset HDMI in the diagnostics!
