MISING SOME HD CHANNELS help

Hi i have a VIP 622 i live in MIami and i dont have ENCORE HD the channel 501 and starz edge , collage CBS wgn America HD i suppose to have all the HD channel any clue

Have you tried to do a hard reset on your receiver? Do you remember seeing these channels in your guide before?

Thanks for your help , yes a reset my VIP 622 , i never see this channels i have dish almost 3 months

Fox Business HD

I had some missing channels and found out I had mistakenlly locked them out. That is where I would first look to see if you have locked them out.

i check the locks and everything is ok dish send me a signal to the box dont work ?
