HD modulated

I am looking for a device that will take a HD channel and mod it on a Digital OTA channel. I work for a major retailer and we have a computer with a generic HD loop that plays. There is componets ran into this old looking box. the box out puts componet then Coax is ran to to all the display TV in the store. every single cable picks up the look if I have a HD box that tunes to channel 3-1 (39-1) If I tune the main DTV to HDnet, disc etc.. than all the TV's pick up that channel in HD through the HD box connect to the coax. This euipment is 5+ years old. But the picture is stunning considering how many times the cable is split and the distance its ran. Do they have a consumer box that does this?
