DISH Network - Customer Service - Programming Guide
That is what I use. Although I dont know how often they update.

They us to have Dish News Network on channel 100 which announced all of the channel changes. I really miss that station.

If you were to look at that chart, it hasn't been updated very much! Example: Where are the holiday music channels Dish added? I review this page and hope for the best: The Dish Network Uplink Center - SatelliteGuys.US
