I'm tired of waiting on DISH. I'm calling the retention people and if they can't seriously sweeten the pot, I've gotta do DirecTV. So frustrating.

This spring?? Man, I think I'm depressed again..

Spring is officially anywhere from March 20 - June 20....that sucks. Come on already! Light up those HD channels (and more) before a bunch more of us bail and head to D*.

I just don't understand what the f-ing problem is at E*.

What a letdown.

It's one thing that we were expecting more, which was foolish. But the "spring" thing is particularly annoying.

"Well, we were waiting on negotiations with Viacom, but we settled that. And then we were waiting for Ciel-2 to come online, but we got that. And then we raised prices so we could afford to give them to you. So now, it will just be 2 to 5 months. Go DISH!"

They also seemed to justify the price increases based on the HD they added last year. They did used to be the undisputed price leader. I don't think they really deserve that crown any longer. I don't know why they come up with lame excuses. I also don't know why the marketing department comes up with the lame names and marketing programs and ads either.
