How To Reprogram A ViP 612 Dvr Help!

My Dumbass Bought a Vip 612 DVR off Ebay. I Plug It In yesterday and after a while of fooling around with it i had tons of channels. More than i get with the other Receivers in the house. I guess it was the Previous person's Account enabling those channels? Well, I woke up this morning and all my glorious channels were gone except for shopping networks and woman channels (WE & Style). What I need to do is program it to the east coast and my account/location ID. I've tried the unplug and hold power button restarts. I took it apart to clear the bios/Cmos. But I couldn't find anything like that to reset . Can someone tell where my programming went or how to reprogram it?

Not on account, you only get some preview channels, shopping channels and NASA. You need to call Dish.

Please let us know which type it was. We try to cut down of that happening here, but sometimes people buy them before checking.
