Dish in another Patent Suite, This time over Dish Pro Plus

Well, this is too good to sit on as I posted this over at my blog, and not have eyes on this. Doing what we do, here at satelliteguys, and thats report the news FIRST! Remember where you read this! I found this little jewl, and thought you should see this.. Speculate away.... Going back into my shell... and vacation mode...

hmm, this is one thing i thought dish actually invented but apparently not
I hope dish loses yet another lawsuit so chuck can raise customer prices to pay fine

Just wondering:
The Glogal Communications Inc Patent was filed on March 24, 2005.
I searched and found articles on DishPro technology published on August 24, 2004.
I know it may be hard for the Charlie bashers to accept, but maybe this is a nuisance lawsuit againt E*.
