"RSP" Retail service provider. No to your ? Your best bet is to find someone in the area with dish equipment on their truck and ask them, or call a local retailer they usually know or try posting your ? in the installer forum and what area your trying find work in. You might get lucky, installers in the installer forum are from all parts of the country. Good luck.

In the end we're all just chalklines on the concrete
Drawn only to be washed away
For the time that I've been given
I am what I am

RSP is a regional service provider, the base company that handles all the work orders in a given area. I mean the work orders not sold through a retailer
