SO now the tivo crap has invaded the sanctity of the pub? Yech...
We have heard all of these arguments before, over and over. Nothing new here, other than the revealing of how much money Tivo wants; the stakes of which are such that we know Echostar will fight until the end.
And I don't think Vampz was trolling, he was stating his position - no different than riffjim did. (From both of whom, we have heard the same argument, time and time again). And they are not the only ones.
Oh well... I am going back to the peaceful quiet of the weather thread.

It seems like a lot of money and way out of proportion, but a Texas jury recently awarded almost 2 billion in a patent infringement case.

Sorry I saw that one billion dollars, and I thought it was more a joke. I never ever post in the dish/tivo crap.

I moved it out of the pub since it had more posts in it then the post in the Dish Network area.
