Yes. I remember 2 or 3 years ago they announced TLC, Animal Planet and several other HD channels on the Tech Chat. This was around the time they started adding a lot of national HD programming.

The one channel that I watch everyday that is not available in HD
yet is History International.

Sure would be nice to have The Prisoner next week and Mad Men when they return to AMC in HD. Mostly I ignore channels below IFC--another channel caught in the feud. Add those and especially TCM and I'll be happy. My only problem with TCM and IFC in HD is I will have to re-record so many films, now about 317 + 71. I might get to replace some World 22, FilmFest 9, Kung Fu 9, Monsters 6, and Gallery 6 that I still have from VOOM days of my 1280 total.
