So what ever happened to the new HD channels?
ADVERTS 1
I've been away for a few weeks. Last I heard, dish was about to launch new HD national channels. Now not only do I not find any additions, I find no discussions here about what's going on.
Anyone have info on this?

They are currently uplinked and being tested. Wednesday (Today) is uplink day, so we may see something happen today. Keep checking the Uplink Center this afternoon.
My System:
Diish Network- 2 Dish 500's (110, 119, 61.5), ViP 612 & Vip 222
Switched to Dish Network from Directv on 9/25/09 & Best Move I have ever made!

Yes, the hd channels that we heard were coming in July, then October or now on track for what X-mas? This is starting to remind me of health care legislation progression. First it had to be finished by August , then by the end of the year and now maybe January?

If this is like health care then I guess I don't want or need those channels after all.

O&A party rock!
How'd your parents die?
That's terrible. I'm sorry.

Yes if it's like the health care plan can't afford it and don't want it.

Well, if you check
LyngSat - Lyngemark Satellite
packages on 61.5 satellite, you can see there are four hidef feeds and one SD feed listed with no channel names. Something is surely coming soon!
