spotbeams
ADVERTS 1
I'm in babb montana, and my locals were sent on transponder 29, which had a signal strength of about 30. I changed my address to bigfork MT and now my locals don't cut out when it rains. I believe the spotbeam I'm on now is 31, which has a signal strength of 45.
Running through the list of spotbeams, I have a much higher signal strength on transponders 18 and 20, both close to a signal strength of 70. My thinking is these spotbeams are in the washington area which give off a higher signal strength.
Could someone in the know, help me out. I'm with Dish on sattelite 110. My question is, what area could I change my address to, to pickup the spotbeams on transponder 18 or 20?
I've checked out this post, but the spotbeam transponders don't correspond to my area. http://www.satelliteguys.us/dish-net...formation.html
