Does Kentucky have a Satellite Tax?

Can someone from Kentucky please tell me if Kentucky has a satellite tax or not? I thought that your state supreme court had ruled it illegal.

I looked at my dish bill for October and there was tax.
Oct 27 State/Local Tax (Sales/Gross Receipts) $5.25
I live in Louisville, KY
