Why doesn't internet Remote Access to programing work?
ADVERTS 1
If I try to log on to the Remote Access to my 622 from a web browser or iphone it doesn't seem to work. I added a programit on Saturday from my iPhone, but since then it just doesn't connect.
Is there a simple log on site?

It's an Internet routing problem to Sling.com around the country.
Some people work, some don't. It doesn't work in Columbus, Ohio on TW Roadrunner.

Yeah, it's been having problems since early Sunday AM. I talked to dish and "There are currently no issues with it" of course, but they submitted something to the engineer and had me send a separate email.
Currently on tour in the US, so at least every day I can test the waters
Austin, TX worked, but then Dallas yesterday and Little Rock today don't work.

They probably added some bandwidth or changed carriers. It takes about 24-48 hours for a DNS change to propagate through the entire Internet. It's relatively random what nodes are updated or not as each router polls it's partners on a random basis. So a router in Australia could know the new address and the router in the next state from Dish not know it for 24 hours.
The wonders and little gotchas of the world wide web!
