KTKA off-the-air for some customers.

Engineers are working to get KTKA digital channels back on the air for customers of Dish Network, DirecTV and those who watch KTKA via an over-the-air signal.



Station manager Ann Niccum blamed the outage of KTKA 49.1, 49.2 and 49.3 on a failure of equipment at the station's transmitter site. She said engineers are working quickly to resolve the problem.

KTKA is working to determine how long the stations will be off the air.
